Abstract
In order to study the effect of Bee Venom theraphy on the analgesic. Anti-pyretic, anti-inflammatory action and dose of death, Bee Venom acupuncture and Bee Venom injection were administered to the mice and rats.
Experimental groups were devided into 5-Control group, Per Oral of Aspirin solution(P. O. A), Aqua-accupuncture with Sileris Radix(Aq-S), Stinging Bee venom(St-B) and Api-toxin injection(In-A).
@ES The obtained results are summarized as follows.
@EN 1. Analgesic Effect was showed with statistical significance in Aq-S, St-B and In-A Groups as compared with the Control Group, In-A group showed most excellent effect.
2. In the Anti-inflammatory Effect, PO-A group showed statistical significance in 3 and 4 hrs, but Aq-S, St-B, and In-A group were only proved statistical significance in 4 hrs, on the edema induced by carrageenin.
3. PO-A, (Ag-S), St-B and In-A group also showed anti-pyretic action in 3 hrs, PO-A, St-B, In-A group in 4 hrs and only In-A group showed 19 hrs.
4. Experiment in dose of death, the increase of the Api-toxin dose, the short of time to death, and LD50 is supposed about 2.0¡¿10E-2g/kg in mice.
According to the bove results, it can be concluded Bee Venom Theraphy showed the Analgesic, Anti-pyretic and Anti-inflammatory Efect, and it is suggest that the more interest, study the security for the clinical use were needed.
